LONDON, Oct. 6. ; Parts of Scotland .have been devastated by wind and rain storms. The rivers Dee and Don, in Aberdeenshire, are in flood, | and thfe countryside for miles around is inundated. The floods are reported to be the ■worst recorded since August, 1829, when the Moray floods occurred. The rivers Spey and Findhorn then rose in some places 50ft. and caused the loss of many lives and much property. ? Shipping at Aberdeen has suffered heavy damage. Five drifters .' and two small steamers were wrecked.
