Italian Government has framed. a ; Bill to regulate industrial- relations - arising out of the recent metal workers' dispute, and will introduce it into the Chamber .of Deputies at an early date. According to the newspaper Epoca, the measure provides for the; creation of a special technical council of 150 members, composed equally of representatives of the employers and workers, with legislative as well as consultative powers in regard U« disciplinary measures and working conditions in factories. The council will adjudicate m all questions involving relations between employer and employee, in commerce, industry, and agriculture, and will erect a permanent committee to prepare and supervise the enforcement of labour legislation.
