EVACUATING SIBERIA.
TROOPS LEAVE NIKOLAIEVSK. A. and N.Z. HONOLULU, Oct. 4. According to a despatch from Tokio, Japanese naval and military forces have begun the evacuation of Nikolaieysk, in Eastern Siberia, in accordance with the decision of th% War Office to withhraw the troops for the winter. The troops are' withdrawing to the northern part of Saghalien Island.
