A number of plans for -the new University College at Auckland 1 have been received by the Education Department from the College Council Dr. Anderson, director of education, who is proceeding to Auckland this week, will consider this matter while he is there. His recommendations will then be at tie 'disposal of the department in considering the plans, some of which are on an elaborate scale. - -
