LETTERS TO THE EDITOR. I, most, letters to the editor attention is drawn to the high cost of one or other of the necessaries of life. People who have always lived simply are feeling the pinch, but those whose way of life has been more extravagant are finding it quite impossible to keep to their former habits. For one and all there is a way of cutting down expense. Without sacrificing anything at all in food value the substitution of Gerstena for meat at breakfast will at once effect a decided saving.
