Dock workers at Cork have refused to discharge a shipment of barbed wire intended to fortify police barracks. Mr. J. H. Thomas, secretary of the National Union of Railwaymen, has teiegarphed to the Irish branch of the union asking members to resumo work pending a conference <& Bristol on Juno 15 regarding the handling of munitions.
