ILLNESS OF THE SHAH. NEW BRITISH MINISTER. Boutor. LONDON, May 31. The Shall of Persia is suffering from a heat stroke and has cancelled a portion of his tour. Mr. H. C. Norman, who relieves Sir Percy Scott as British Minister at feheran, has reached Basra.
