SECURITY OF BELGIUM.
PREPAREDNESS urged. Salter. BRUSSELS, May 31. M. Lcnkin, Belgian Minister of the Inferior, in a speech, stated that Belgium ihould have a well organised army capable >f preventing a disaster worse than that >f 1914. The alliances and military arangements with Britain and France ought o furnish Belgium with a means of deence, but their materialisation was un<?rtain.
