RECORD PRICE PER FOOT. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION WELLINGTON, Tuesday, hat is believed to be a record price for any land sold in the city has just been paid by the Union. Bank of Australia, namely, £503 a foot. The land has a 45ft frontage to Lambton Quay with a depth of about 50ft.
