WAR GRAVES IN ENGLAND.
HIGH COMMISSIONER'S VISIT. I Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 29. Sir Thomas Mackenzie is returning, after visiting the graves of New Zealand soldiers at Tid worth. Cod ford Notley, Brofkenhurst, Brookwond, and Walton. General]v speaking, all the graves are well kept, and anmiow in readiness to be tak«.i over bv the Graves Commission, which will probably delegate the task of carina for the craves to local associations of ladies, of which Mime already have been formed, notablv at Brorkenhurst and Walton where the flowers are tended daily. A memorial stone has been erected at 1 idworth which records the names of those buried there. The cemetery is laid out in j terraces, and the graves are covered with broken marble.
