TEAMS UNIONS HI FRANCE.
CONFEDERATION UNDER BAN. Time*. LONDON. May 28. According to the Paris correspondent of the Tunes, M. Mi'lerand, Prime Minister of France, ordered unionist State officiate -£to withdraw from the General Confederafi lion of Labour, on account of the latter's revolutionary character. The Government is legislating to giving officials the rights of combination, but is forbidding membership of the federation.
