Public notice is hereby given that the Papakura Town Board, in pursuance of its powers under tho Town Boards Act, 1908, and Amendments, and the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, and Amendments, and all other powers thereunto, intends, on Monday, June 7. 1920, to make and levy for the year which commenced on the Ist day of April 1920, and ends on the 31st day of March, 1921:— 1. A General Rate of One Penny Farthing in the pound. _, A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One Farthing in the pound.The following annual recurring Special Loan Rates will also be levied:— 3. £1375 Loan—Onc-siiteenth of a Penny in tho pound. 4. £2000 Loan—One-sixth of a Penny in the pound 5. £4500 Loan—Five-sixteenths of a Penny in the pound. A Sanitary Fee for the removal of nightsoil, at the rate of 29s per annum on each building that is. or hereafter may be, erected within the area set forth in the schedule to be seen at the Board's Office. The said Rates shall be levied on the capital value of all ratable property in the District, as set forth in the Valuation Roll of the Papakura Town District, and shall bo payable in one sum on the Ist day of July. 1020, at tho Office of the Town Board, Great South Road, Papakura, A Penalty of 10 per cent, will be added to all rates not paid on Monday, January 31, 1921.
