Wragge at teven o'clock last evening : —A large Antarctic disturbance, named Uphas;, is off Bluff, and is developing a yet more pronounced northerly extension, even embracing the Auckland Province, with the barometer still going down. In these circumstances unsettled and showery weather is expected over most parts of the country, with much snow over tho southern mountains. Winds still between west-Bouth-wost, south-south-west, and south-south-east. Sea rough on West Coast south from Now Plymouth. •
