The correspondent. of the New York Evening Post at Peking states that, following repeated offers of the Northern Government to resume peace conferences; the Southern Government telegraphed that it would accept the offers provided 1 that the Northern Government agreed to the abrogation of the 1918 UhinoJapanese military pact.
