The Port Nicholson is timed to sail for Wellington at 6.30 a.m. to-day. | The Chcpadoa was hauled out from the King s Wharf yesterday morning .and took HP ah anchorage in the stream, to undergo repairs to her steering gear. She will probally leave for Napier and Wellington about Saturday. ' The Katoa shifted from the Hobson Wharf yesterday morning and, proceeded to Chelsea, where she is now discharging her cargo 1 of coal. The Mapourika arrived from Napier and Gisborno yesterday morning and berthed at the Queen's Wharf. She met with heavy weather on the run from Gisborne, tho voyage occupying 36 hours. • The departure of the Tofua from Wellington for San Francisco, via ports, has been further postponed until 3 p.m. to-morrow. The auxiliary schooner Huia was expected to leave 'Grcymouth yesterday for Adelaide with a cargo of timber. At Adelaide eho Will load explosives for Auckland. The Canadian Importer was expected to leave Wellington . for Auckland yesterday afternoon. She will be due here on Saturday morning, and after discharging her cargo from Vancouver she will load New Zealand produce here for that port. ARRIVAL OF lONIC. The steamer lonic arrived from Southampton. via Panama, at 8.30 o'clock last evening. . She will berth at King's Wharf this morning. A. S. Paterson and Co. are the agents. WHANGAPE ARRIVES. The steamer Whangape arrived from i Makatea Island at 9 o'clock last night, with a cargo of phosphates. She anchored in the stream. IHUMATA FROM NEWCASTLE. The collier Ihumata arrived from New. castle early yesterday morning and berthed at the shecrlegs wharf to discharge part of her cargo of coal.
