The Pekia coTT<»pondent of the New "York Times state* that the Chinese Government his deeded to hold an interrational industrial exposition at Fekin in "March, iJ22, for which 3,000,000 dollars has been appropriated. The Chinese Government is planning to appoint a commission to consider living conditions among the common people, with a view to effecting en amelioration, thus torestalling Bolshevism.
