♦■ WOMAN SEVERELY INJURED. [by TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] KAWHIA. Monday. A serious accident occurred near Te Anga, as the result of which the wife of Mr. Allan Reid, a returned soldier now residing near Motatoa, sustained severe injuries. Mr- and Mrs. Reid were driving out to the line via Marakopa, and when ascending the Mangapohue Hill the horse shied, and the t*ap went over an embankment. Mrs. Reid was pinned under the vehicle. She was extricated with considerable difficulty, and removed to the Kawhi.i Cottage Hospital. - A severe head wound and partial paralysis are the immediate results of her injuries.
