The Guatemalan Government announce that the National Assembly has appointed Senor Carlos Hen-era President, and has d?posed Senor Estrada Cabrera, who repudiated his undertaking to quit the country, and ordered his soldiers to bombard Guatemala city, by which nearly five thousand people, including many women and children, were killed or injured. Subsequently Senor Cabrera surrendered.
