Proposed new traffic - regulations were recommended to tho ■ City Council lust evening by the Mayor, Mr. J. H. A derailed report on the suggestions was - received from the city .'traffic inspector. Some of tho proposals were approved by him, and in regard 'to others he stated they were fairly well covered by. the pre* cent by-law.!. .The matter was referred to the Finance' and Legal Committee. : 4 >] !
