THE WEATHER.
FORECAST BY MR. C L. WRAGGE.
The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 7 p.m. yesterday:—"There are indications that a new disturbance named Fethal is approaching from the Taeman Sea, and that some rain may fall under its influence. It will probably affect the greater portion of the Dominion, but, in view of extraneous factors with respect to -the planets, which are still operating and which are _ certainly influencing our atmosphere, ifi is not expected that the rainfall will be sufficient for the country's needs. The sun's southern decimation mue,t considerably decrease before we may reasonably expect a really adequate precipitation. Three disturbances are noted in the sun. . Winds from between north-north-east, north-north-west, and west-north-west. Sea inclined 1 to rise on west .coast."
