The annual Christmas tea for the inmates of the Costley Home, Epsom, will be held to-morrow afternoon, at the home. Mrs. Pritt, Remuera, will be glad to receive donations of money or food for the entertainment of the old people. The second annual picnic of the Maritime Football Club will be held on Sunday, at Home Bay, Motutapu. The steamer Condor wilf leave the Ferry Tee at 9.30 a.m., and call at Devonport. Mr. E. I. Hallenstein, of Dunedin, and Mr. P. L. Hallenstein, of Christchurch, have adopted the name of Halsted in place of Hallenstein.
