SYNDICATE IN AUCKLAND.
PURCHASE AS GOING CONCERN.
Another of the woollen mills of the Dominion is on the point of changing ownership, the property of the Napier Woollen Company having been purchased by a small Auckland syndicate, of which Mr. J, H. Dalton is the active member. The works are to be taken over as a going concern from about January' 20. The purchase price is about £30,000. The new proprietors intend to import and instal new and up-to-date machinery with a view to increasing largely the output of the milk. r
