CHANGE OF VENUE.
[BY telegraph.—press association.! DUNEDIN, Tuesday. On November 18 the jury for the second time failed to agree on a verdict in the case against James Reynolds Hayne and Norman Neylon on a charge of using an instrument for illegal purposes. On the application of the Crown, Mr. Justice Sim made an order for a third trial of the accused at the next criminal sittings in February. Last week the Crown Prosecutor filed a summons for a change of venue to Wellington, and to-day Mr. Justice Sim made an order for the trial to take place ; at the next sittings of the criminal sessions at Wellington. *
