SUEZ CANAL DUES.

A CONCESSION RESTORED. (Received 8.30 p.m.) Times. LONDON, Dec. 1. It is officially announced that the Suez Canal dues on ships in ballast will be reduced to 6 francs 33c. per ton. The dues on loaded ships will remain at 8 francs 50c. per ton. The transit dues through the Suez Canal before the war were 6fr 7c per ton for loader) vessels, and 4fr 25c per ton for vessels in ballast.
