TWO-THIRDS FOR BRITAIN. A. and N.Z.
LONDON, Nov. 27.
Germany h\s now surrendered 1,500,000 tons of merchant shipping. Britain has received 1,100.000 tons. Austria has surrendered almost the whole of her shipping, totalling 600,000 tons. Italy administers the bulk of this total.
