DUNEDIX, Thursday. "factory agreements having been effected, the work of discharging the coal from the steamer Karori, which damaged her hull when entering the harbour and now lies partially submerged at the wharf, is proceeding. It is understood the men are receiving 3s 6d an hour and 5s an hour overtime. The Union Company gave a substantial bonus to the officers, engineers and members of the crews of the Karori and Terawhiti for their exertions during salvage operations.
