VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. FATALITY IN AN HOTEL. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] BLENHEIM. Tuesday. In the Supreme Court to-day, Charles Albert Sasse, licensee of the Wairau Valley Hotel, was charged with the manslaughter of George O'Leary, flaxmill hand, at Hillersden, on October 11, in the hotel Accused wa3 found not guilty. The evidence given at the inquest concerning the death of O'Leary showed that after a football match on "the afternoon of Saturday, t»ctober 11, a party of men went to the hotel and had drinks. An argument arose between deceased and the licensee. Sasse struck at deceased, and he fell, striking his head. He died without regaining consciousness. L .
