AMERICAN NIHILISTS.
BOMB OUTRAGES PLANNED. SIX PERSONS ARRESTED. A and N.Z. NEW YORK. Oct, 31. Cleveland police arrested five men and a woman on suspicion of planning bomb outrages, including destruction of the central police station. A store of explosives was discovered, and it is believed they intended to commit a series of outrages throughout the United States.
