AMERICAN STEEL STRIKE.
LARGE DECLINE OF OUTPUT. A. and N.Z. NEW YORK, Oct. 19. According to the Pittsburgh correspondent of the New York Times, the steel workers' strike has caused a reduction of 40 per cent, in the steel output.
