INTERPRETATION OF WILL.
SUPREME COURT DECISION. An application for the interpretation <■:' the will of Arthur Duvall, deceased, cam<before Mr. Justice Stringer, at th<» Supreme Court yesterday, when Mr. K McVeagh, on behalf of the widow of the deceased, applied to have the bequest of the whole estate to the widow declared to be an absolute gift. Counsel stated that the testator bequeathed the wboie of his estate to his widow, but stipulated that in the event of her dying without making a will any property then undisposed of should be sold and' the proceeds divided I among the brothers and sisters of both 'parties. His Honor decided that the will Tested the absolute interest in the wife, and thai the brothers and sisters of the parties were not entitled.
