SPORTS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. The final game in the first round of the Sport* Club championship between Farrell and Bourke resulted in a. victory for Bourke by 72. Hi? best breaks were 2a 24, 42, 24, 37, 20. and 39, against Fan-ell's 39. 23, 44, and 37. In the semi-finals Warren opposed Fredrovitch, and, playing in fine form, he won_by 219, making breaks of 39, 53, 32, 68, 75. 28, 35, 53, and 51. Fredrovitch's best efforts were 27, 40, 25, 21, 23. 42 and 54. ' Bourke defeated Hackett by 145. He gave an excellent display, with consistent breaks of 74. 36, 24, 21, 50 21, 26 35 21, 24. and 42. The ba'ls ran badly for Hackett, who made breaks of 44 24 33 and 27. ' ' ' Bourke and Warren meet in the final of 1000 up, which -will be played in two sessions.
