HAMILTON, Friday. The annual meeting of the Waikato Winter Show Association wa,i held in Hamilton yesterday. The president (Mr. W. J. McKee) occupied the chair, and about iw members were present. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The president, in referring to the appointment of a committee to investigate and report on the subject of more space, said this provision was absolutely essential. The conditions at present were not satisfactory to the exhibitors, the public, or the officials, the latter 4 under the existing state of 'affairs, being greatly handi- | capped in the running of the show". When ■ the railways were back to pre-war condi- i tions the increase in the show attendance would most assuredly advance further The association must keep pace with the times, and it was necessary to appoint a committee to go into the matter of finding more space. The following officers were elected :— Patrons, Messrs. J. A. Young and R. F. Bollard. M.P.'s (re-elected): president, Mr. J. E. Tidd : vice-presidents Messrs T. .7. Mitchell and W. E. Clark ; treasurer. Mr. R. Knglish (reelected) ; auditors, Messrs. Sanson and O'Meara (re-elected). A general committee of 40 was appointed as follows :—Messrs. T. Rarford. W. .1. McKee, W.
