NEW WARSHIPS PROJECTED FORECASTS IN THE' PRESS. TWO BATTLE CRUISERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received 2 a.m.) A. and N.Z. MONTREAL. Oct. 15. A despatch from Tokio states that according to press reports the Japanese Government has decided to build two battle cruisers and 21 other warships, commencing with the next fiscal year. Estimates. will be submitted to the next session of the Diet. The cruisers will be of the 000-ton class.
