ACTOR'S SUDDEN DEATH.
MR. HARRINGTON REYNOLDS. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHBISTCHUKCH. Thursday. Mr. Harrington Reynolds, the wellknown actor, who had lately been on the Fuller circuit, had an apoplectic seizure last night just as the curtain was about to rise on his turn. He died a few hours afterwards.
Mr. Harrington Reynolds was an actor of the old school. He had visited Auckland on many occasions as a member of various dramatic companies, and will be best remembered by playgoers in the role of Father Kelly, in •"The Rosary." A few weeks ago Mr. Reynolds was appearing at the Opera House, Auckland, with a small company of his own, in dramatic playlets. His health was not too good at the time, and on one or two occasions he was unable to take part in the performances.
