LIVELY SCENES IN ASSEMBLY. FIVE MEMBERS EJECTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 1 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 26Lively scenes were witnessed in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly, recalling the Willis regime. After an all-night sitting, at which the Mining Estimates were discussed, the "gag" was applied. Five exasperated members were ejected from the Chamber. The Estimates were carried. PROPORTION REPRESENTATION. APPROVAL IN NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY, Sept. 26. The New South Wales Legislative Assembly has approved of the proportional representation system of voting.
