ASSASSINS IN GERMANY.

POLITICIANS THREATENED. SPARTACIST PLOT REVEALED. Renter. BERLIN Sept. 25. In the Prussian National Assembly the Premier, Herr Hirsch, stated that the arrest of a Spartacist agitator in Saxony had revealed a Spartacist plot to assassinate politicians in Germany and Austria who were hindering the Communist movement. The assassin was to be chosen by lot, and was to carry out the assassination within 24 hours, otherwise he himself would be murdered immediately. Death was the penalty of treachery.
