BRITISH FIRST ON SCENE. COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.30 p.m.) CHICAGO. Sept. 25. The Buda Pesth correspondent of the Chicago Tribune states that British business men are beginning to take advantage of the many commercial opportunities offered in Hungary. American commercial representatives have not yet arrived on the scene. British interests have purchased the principal navigation companies on the Danube, and have supplied capital to many banks.
