KENNEL CLUB'S SHOW.

EXHIBITION CLOSES TO-NIGHT. There was a large attendance of "clog lovers at the O'.d City Markets yesterday, the second day of the Auckland Kennel Club's Show. Much interest was shown in the various exhibits, and especially popular were the displays of smooth and wirehaired fox-terriers, greyhounds, and Great Danes. A feature of the show was the exhibition of two Esquimaux " huskies,' each of which had been with a Polar expedition. The Pomeranians made a fine showing, and interest was evinced in the tiny Maltese, Pekinese, and Lady 6 Bracelets, the most dainty of "toy _ dogs." Working sheep dogs were present in large numbers, and some splendid animals were exhibited. There were not so many bu-1-terriers and bull-dogs as in laet year s show, but those on the benches were of a high quality. The show will be continued to-day. and will be closed at 10 p.m.
