LOAN TO BELGIUM.
TO BE RAISED IN AMERICA. Australian and N.Z.. Cable- Association (Herd. 7.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Kept. 24. It is reported that a Belgian loan of 50,000.000 dollars will be floated at, an early date in the United States. The loan will probably yield interest at the rate of 6 per cent.
