CREATION OF A BOARD.

TE AROHA. Thursday. A well-attended meeting of delegates to the Thames Valley Electric Power board Committee to-day decided to push on with arrangements for presenting the petition to Parliament asking for the creation of a Power Board. Messrs Strange, Macandrew, and Sprague were Uon° with £ ViSit ™ in ton in connection with the presentation of the petition. A definite assurance was given to the flume, delegate, that there* no in tention of omitting that district from the Power Board's operations Delegates who attended the recent con ference wrth- Messrs.
