Used iD exactly same proportions as best 100 per cent, cream of tartar, viz., mix carefully lOoz clover cream and bi-carb. soda. Notice how white, light, and fresli scones are when clover cream as Clover cream is to cream of tartar as eles* trie light is to gasnot a substitute, but better than the article it replaces.
