ALLIES' DEMAND CONCEDED. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Sept. 23. At Versailles to-day Herr Lersner, on behalf of Germany, has signed a protocol declaring Article 61 of the German Constitution, providing for the future admission of German Austria, to be null.
