I BILL IN PREPARATION. STATEMENT BY MINISTER. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ROTORUA, Wednesday. The Chamber of Commerce has received a telegram from Sir James Allen stating that instructions have been given to the Crown Law Officer to prepare a Bill enabiing Crown tenants in the Rotorua township to acquire the freehold of their holdings. It is expected that the Bill will shortly be ready for presentation to the Cabinet.
