STATION HAND'S FATE. LOSS OF TWO HORSES. [BY TELEGRAPH.— rRESS ASSOCIATION.] GORE, Saturday. WiUia.ni Cordy, aged about 40 years, an unmarried man, was drowned yesterday in the Waikaia River. He was driving a team of two horses, and the river was in a fresh. Both horses were drowned. The dray and horses were recovered this morning, but there was no sign of the man's body. Deceased had been employed on Glenarry station for seven years.
