DAIRY AMALGAMATION.

HAMILTON, Friday. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the New Zealand Dairy Association was held to-day. Mr. W. Goodfellow presided.
Resolutions were passed agreeing to the amalgamation with the Waikato Dairy and Waikato Cheese Companies, and authorising the voluntary winding-up of the company, and the formation of a new company, known as the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Company, Ltd.
