DISPUTE IN AMERICA. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, rttecd. 2 a.m.) NEW YORK. Sept. 16. The Publishers' Association has decided to suspend the publication of 125 periodicals, some of them of national circulation, if the Printers' Union does not reduce its demands for a 44-hour week, and a 14 dollars weekly increase of wages for individual printers. The union is planning a strike on October 1.
