CHARGES AGAINST PORTER.
ALLEGATIONS BY CHILDREN. [BY TELEGRAPH. CORRESPONDENT.] WAIHI, Wednesday. I At the Police Court to-day Alexander —. Bowden, a goods-shed porter at the Waihi railway station, was charged on remand with having indecently assaulted a male child at Waihi on August 23. After considerable evidence had been taken the charge was dismissed. A series of charges alleging interference by the accused with a number of little girls is being heard.
