EMPLOYERS' ASSOCIATION.
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE. The annual meeting of members of the Auckland Provincial Employers' Association was held at the association's rooms, High Street, yesterday afternoon, the president, Mr. Albert Spencer, in the chair. There was a good a.ttendan>eThe annual report, a summary of which was published in the Hebaxjj on Tuesday, was adopted on the motion of the president. In his speech the president referred with regret to the death of Mr. F. B. Winstone, who had served a long term of office on the executive. He ex- i pressed gratification at the increase which had taken place in the me nHrehip of the association. Th« following committee was elected: — The Hon. E. W. Alison, Captain Hammond. Messrs. A. Spencer, J. C. Entrican, A. Clark, McCosh Clark, C. W. Cotes, (J. Wiseman, J. Eraser, 0. Ranson, D. Harvey, S. Wing, H. W. Hudson, J. Lowe. D. Lortft, J. F. Dawes, C. Rhodes, W. J. tfaegs, W. A. Thompson, F. E. De Guerrier, J. Allum, J. W. Tattersfield, and G. Fraser.
