ARM BADLY FRACTURED. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] "WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald, member for the Bay c-f Plenty, who fell when leaving Parliament Buildings on Monday night, is still suffering from ehock, and is in great pain. His left arm is fractured m three places near the elbow. It is not anticipated that he will be able to, resume his duties for some time.
