FUTURE OF SILESIA.
PREPARING FOR PLEBISCITE GERMAN MACHINATIONS. Renter. LONDON. Sept. 14. According to Polish advices, the German Government is arranging that Germans born in Upper Silesia, but residing in other parts of Germany, shall travel free to Upper Silesia for the plebiscite. They will receive free keep while the plebiscite lasts. Germany estimates that 60,000 pro-German votes will be secured by this means.
